Accessibility Statement

Accessibility Statement

Effective Date: August 27, 2026

Wrist Boutique LLC is committed to providing an accessible and inclusive experience for customers and visitors, including individuals with disabilities.

1. Our Commitment

Wrist Boutique LLC (“Wrist Boutique,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing individuals with disabilities meaningful access to our goods, services, privileges, and digital experiences, including wristboutique.com (the “Site”). Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we seek to improve the usability of the Site as technology, standards, content, and our business evolve.

2. Accessibility Standard and Goal

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a technical accessibility goal for the Site. WCAG is an international technical standard developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Our reference to WCAG 2.2 Level AA describes the standard toward which we work; it is not a representation or warranty that every page, feature, third-party integration, document, image, or item of content will at all times satisfy every WCAG success criterion.

3. Ongoing Accessibility Efforts

As part of our accessibility program, we may use a combination of automated testing, manual review, keyboard testing, assistive-technology testing, employee or developer review, and feedback from users to identify and address accessibility barriers. Our efforts may include:

Providing text alternatives for meaningful images where appropriate.

Supporting keyboard navigation and visible focus states.

Using semantic structure, headings, labels, and form instructions where appropriate.

Reviewing color contrast, text resizing, interactive controls, forms, navigation, cart, and checkout experiences.

Providing captions, transcripts, or other alternatives for meaningful multimedia where appropriate.

Evaluating material Site changes and third-party applications for accessibility considerations.

Tracking reported accessibility issues and remediation efforts.

4. Third-Party Content and Technology

Certain Site functions may be provided, hosted, or affected by third-party platforms, applications, payment processors, social-media services, embedded content, maps, chat tools, reviews, or other technology that Wrist Boutique does not fully control. We encourage third-party providers to offer accessible experiences and, when an accessibility problem involving third-party technology is brought to our attention, we will consider reasonable steps or alternative methods of providing access where reasonably available.

5. Need Assistance or an Alternative Method?

If you have difficulty accessing any part of the Site, obtaining information about a product, communicating with us, or completing a transaction because of a disability, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information, product, or service through an accessible alternative where reasonably available and to investigate accessibility barriers brought to our attention.

Accessibility email: accessibility@wristboutique.com Website: wristboutique.com

When contacting us, please include, if possible, the webpage or feature involved, a description of the difficulty you encountered, the browser or device you were using, and the best way for us to contact you. You are not required to disclose a diagnosis or other unnecessary medical information.

6. Feedback and Remediation

We welcome good-faith accessibility feedback. Reports are reviewed so that we can understand the issue, determine whether it can be reproduced, identify an appropriate solution, and prioritize remediation based on severity, customer impact, technical feasibility, and other relevant considerations. We may contact you for additional non-medical information reasonably necessary to understand or resolve the reported barrier.

7. Accessibility Is an Ongoing Process

Websites and e-commerce services change frequently. New products, photographs, content, applications, integrations, and platform updates may introduce accessibility issues. We therefore treat accessibility as an ongoing process rather than a one-time certification. We may periodically review, test, and update the Site and this Accessibility Statement.

8. No Limitation of Legal Rights

Nothing in this Accessibility Statement is intended to limit, waive, or condition any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited, waived, or conditioned. Our request that users report accessibility difficulties is intended to help us investigate and remediate barriers and provide assistance; it is not a prerequisite to exercising any right available under applicable law.

9. Changes to This Statement

We may update this Accessibility Statement from time to time to reflect changes in our Site, technology, accessibility efforts, or applicable standards. The Effective Date above identifies the current version.
