Refund policy
Wrist Boutique LLC Refund & Return Policy
Effective Date: August 27, 2026
This Refund & Return Policy applies to purchases from Wrist Boutique LLC (“Wrist Boutique,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including purchases made through wristboutique.com and, where applicable, purchases completed directly with Wrist Boutique. This Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service.
1. Seven-Day Return Period
Except for Final Sale Items described below, eligible merchandise may be requested for return within seven (7) calendar days after delivery or receipt.
To be eligible for return, the item must be returned to Wrist Boutique in the exact same condition in which it was sold and delivered, including all accessories and materials provided with the item.
A return request does not guarantee that a return will be accepted. All returns are subject to inspection and final approval by Wrist Boutique.
2. Return Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return, merchandise must:
• Be in the same condition in which it was sold and delivered;
• Be unworn and unused;
• Have no scratches, dents, marks, odors, stains, stretching, sizing changes, alterations, damage, or other evidence of wear or use;
• Include all boxes, papers, warranty cards, booklets, tags, certificates, links, straps, accessories, protective materials, packaging, and other items originally provided with the purchase;
• Have all Wrist Boutique tags, security tags, seals, stickers, or protective materials intact where applicable; and
• Otherwise satisfy the requirements of this Policy and any transaction-specific return terms disclosed at the time of sale.
Removal, alteration, damage, or replacement of a security tag, seal, sticker, serial-number identifier, or other return-control device may void return eligibility.
Items returned with missing accessories, components, documentation, packaging, or other materials may be deemed ineligible for return.
3. Return Inspection and Approval
Every returned item is subject to inspection by Wrist Boutique before the return is approved.
Wrist Boutique may inspect the merchandise for condition, wear, alteration, damage, missing components, authenticity, serial or reference numbers, substituted parts or merchandise, and compliance with the original transaction terms.
If an item has been worn, used, damaged, altered, engraved, customized, sized, polished, serviced, modified, or returned incomplete, or if its condition differs from the condition in which it was sold, Wrist Boutique may deny the return.
Return eligibility is determined following inspection of the returned merchandise.
4. Final Sale Items
The following items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange except where otherwise required by applicable law:
• Sourced brand-new items;
• Sourced or specially procured items;
• Handbags and leather goods;
• Engraved items;
• Customized or personalized items;
• Items altered or modified at the customer’s request;
• Items specifically identified as “Final Sale” before purchase; and
• Any other merchandise expressly sold under written final-sale terms accepted by the customer.
A customer’s decision not to use, wear, collect, or retain a Final Sale Item does not create a right of return.
5. Refund Method
For an approved return, any monetary refund issued by Wrist Boutique will be made only to the original payment method used for the purchase, except where the parties expressly agree otherwise in writing or applicable law requires another method.
We do not issue cash refunds for purchases made using a different payment method. Refunds cannot ordinarily be redirected to another card, bank account, person, or payment method.
If the original payment method is no longer available, Wrist Boutique may require additional verification and will determine an appropriate refund method consistent with applicable law and payment-network requirements.
Any separate store credit expressly issued by Wrist Boutique is subject to the terms provided with that credit and is not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
6. Ineligible or Nonconforming Returns; Restocking Fees
Merchandise that does not satisfy this Policy may be denied return eligibility.
Where Wrist Boutique elects, in its discretion and where permitted by applicable law, to accept merchandise that would otherwise be ineligible for return, a restocking fee may be assessed to account for diminished value, inspection, authentication, handling, repackaging, remarketing, administrative costs, or other commercially reasonable costs associated with the nonconforming return.
Restocking fees vary depending on the circumstances and condition of the merchandise but are typically 20% of the original purchase price.
Acceptance of an ineligible or nonconforming return on one occasion does not require Wrist Boutique to accept similar returns in the future and does not modify this Policy.
If merchandise has been materially altered, damaged, substituted, worn, or otherwise changed such that Wrist Boutique cannot reasonably return it to inventory, Wrist Boutique may reject the return rather than assess a restocking fee.
7. Return Authorization and Shipping
Customers should contact Wrist Boutique within the applicable seven-day return period before sending merchandise back.
Wrist Boutique may provide return instructions, shipping requirements, insurance requirements, packaging instructions, or a return authorization. Merchandise sent without following the provided return instructions may be refused or may experience delays in processing.
Unless Wrist Boutique agrees otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping and related costs.
Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned merchandise and complying with any insurance and carrier requirements provided by Wrist Boutique. Risk of loss during an unauthorized or customer-arranged return shipment remains with the customer until Wrist Boutique receives the merchandise, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.
8. Processing of Approved Returns
Refund processing begins after Wrist Boutique receives, inspects, and approves the returned merchandise.
Once approved, Wrist Boutique will initiate the refund to the original payment method. Banks, card issuers, payment processors, and financial institutions may require additional time to post or make the refund available. Wrist Boutique does not control processing times imposed by third-party financial institutions.
Original shipping, insurance, expedited shipping, customs, duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage charges, and other transaction-related charges are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law unless Wrist Boutique expressly agrees otherwise or the refund is required by applicable law.
9. International Orders
Customers placing international orders are responsible for understanding and complying with the import, customs, tax, and regulatory requirements of the destination country.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wrist Boutique is not responsible for:
• Customs or border-processing delays;
• Import delays or holds;
• Additional duties or tariffs;
• Value-added taxes, goods and services taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, or similar governmental or carrier charges;
• Changes in duties, tariffs, or import fees occurring after an order is placed; or
• Additional fees assessed by a destination country, customs authority, carrier, broker, or other third party.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, duties, tariffs, customs charges, brokerage charges, import taxes, and similar charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the purchase price.
Refusal to pay customs duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage charges, or other import costs, or refusal or failure to accept an international shipment, does not automatically create a right to a refund.
If an international shipment is refused, abandoned, rejected, or returned to Wrist Boutique, any refund or credit for which the customer is otherwise eligible may be reduced by non-refundable shipping charges, insurance charges, duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage charges, carrier fees, return expenses, and other amounts actually incurred by Wrist Boutique, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Damaged, Incorrect, or Materially Misdescribed Merchandise
If you believe merchandise arrived damaged in transit, is not the item ordered, or materially differs from the written description applicable to the sale, contact Wrist Boutique promptly and preserve all merchandise, packaging, labels, and shipping materials.
Such claims may be subject to separate inspection, carrier, insurance, authentication, warranty, or legal procedures and are not necessarily treated as discretionary returns under this Policy.
Nothing in this Policy limits any remedy or right that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.
11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
A return request, refund request, or disagreement regarding return eligibility should be submitted directly to Wrist Boutique so that the merchandise and transaction can be reviewed.
Nothing in this Policy prevents a customer from exercising rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Wrist Boutique reserves all rights to provide transaction records, return records, inspection findings, photographs, communications, shipping records, authentication information, and other relevant evidence to payment processors, card networks, banks, insurers, courts, arbitrators, law enforcement, or other appropriate parties in connection with a payment dispute, chargeback, fraud investigation, or legal proceeding.
12. Abuse of the Return Process
Wrist Boutique may refuse transactions or returns, to the extent permitted by law, where there is evidence of return fraud, merchandise substitution, altered serial numbers, wardrobing or temporary use, repeated abusive return behavior, false claims, payment fraud, or other misuse of the return process.
13. Relationship to Other Agreements
Certain purchases may be governed by an invoice, deposit agreement, sourcing agreement, consignment agreement, special-order agreement, written final-sale acknowledgment, or other transaction-specific agreement.
If a transaction-specific written agreement expressly conflicts with this Policy, the more specific transaction terms control to the extent of the conflict, subject to applicable law.
14. Policy Changes
Wrist Boutique may update this Policy prospectively from time to time. The policy applicable to a purchase is generally the version in effect when the applicable transaction is completed, together with any transaction-specific terms agreed to by the customer.
