Privacy Policy
Effective Date: August 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Wrist Boutique LLC collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information.
1. Who We Are and Scope
Wrist Boutique LLC (“Wrist Boutique,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Texas limited liability company. This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we process in connection with wristboutique.com (the “Site”), our retail and e-commerce operations, communications, customer service, sales, sourcing, trade-in and consignment activities, events, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
This Policy does not apply to information processed solely on behalf of another business where Wrist Boutique acts only as a service provider or processor, or to third-party websites, applications, or services that maintain their own privacy practices.
2. Personal Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of personal information:
• Identifiers and contact information, such as name, billing and shipping address, email address, telephone number, account username, customer number, and similar identifiers.
• Transaction and commercial information, such as products viewed, requested, purchased, sold, traded, consigned, returned, serviced, or insured; order history; pricing; offers; invoices; serial or reference numbers; appointment history; and communications concerning a transaction.
• Payment and financial information, such as payment method, billing details, transaction identifiers, bank or wire information, fraud-screening results, and limited payment-card information. Full card data is generally processed by our payment processors rather than stored by us.
• Identity-verification, fraud-prevention, and compliance information, which may include date of birth, government-issued identification information, proof of address, sanctions or fraud-screening information, and other information reasonably necessary to verify identity, ownership, payment authorization, or transaction legitimacy.
• Device, internet, and usage information, such as IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, clicks, session activity, approximate location derived from IP address, and interaction with emails or advertisements.
• Communications and customer-service information, including emails, texts, calls, chat messages, inquiries, preferences, notes, and, where permitted by law and disclosed at the time, call recordings.
• User-submitted content, including photographs, watch or jewelry details, reviews, testimonials, documents, and other materials you choose to provide.
• Marketing and preference information, such as communication preferences, product interests, wish lists, event interests, and responses to campaigns.
• Inferences we may derive from the information above to personalize the Services, prevent fraud, understand customer interests, or improve our operations.
Sensitive Personal Data
Certain information we collect for high-value transactions, fraud prevention, identity verification, or legal compliance may qualify as “sensitive data” or “sensitive personal information” under applicable law. We process such information only for legitimate business, security, transaction, or legal purposes and, where required, with consent or another legally permitted basis.
3. Sources of Personal Information
We may collect personal information directly from you; automatically through the Site and related technologies; from payment processors, shipping carriers, identity-verification and fraud-prevention providers, marketplaces, analytics and advertising providers, customer-service platforms, social networks when you interact with us, public records, watch-industry databases, service providers, affiliates, and transaction counterparties; and from other lawful sources.
4. How We Use Personal Information
• Process, authenticate, fulfill, insure, ship, deliver, service, return, or otherwise administer transactions and requests.
• Verify identity, ownership, payment authorization, shipping information, and transaction legitimacy; detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, theft, chargeback abuse, money laundering, sanctions violations, account misuse, and other unlawful or harmful activity.
• Provide customer service, communicate about orders and appointments, respond to inquiries, and maintain transaction records.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, personalize, measure, and improve the Site and Services.

• Comply with applicable law, legal process, regulatory requests, tax obligations, recordkeeping requirements, and enforce our agreements.
• Evaluate or complete a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or other corporate transaction.
5. How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients for the purposes described in this Policy:
• Payment processors, banks, merchant acquirers, fraud-prevention providers, identity-verification providers, and financial service providers.
• Shipping carriers, couriers, insurers, logistics providers, authentication or service professionals, and other vendors needed to complete a transaction.
• Website hosting, e-commerce, cloud, cybersecurity, analytics, communications, customer-service, CRM, marketing, and advertising providers.
• Professional advisers, auditors, accountants, insurers, lenders, attorneys, and consultants.

• Parties to an actual or proposed business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets.
• Other parties at your direction, with your consent, or as otherwise disclosed at the time information is collected.
Sale, Targeted Advertising, and Cross-Context Behavioral Advertising
We do not sell personal information for money in the ordinary meaning of the word. Some privacy laws define “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” broadly enough to include certain disclosures of online identifiers or activity to advertising or analytics partners. To the extent our practices are treated as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable law, eligible consumers may opt out as described below.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, local storage, and similar technologies for site functionality, security, preferences, analytics, personalization, and advertising. Our separate Cookie Policy provides additional information. Where required, we provide controls for non-essential cookies and honor legally required opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, when technically detected and applicable.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to complete transactions, maintain business and tax records, administer warranties or disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, satisfy legal or regulatory obligations, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Retention periods vary based on the type and sensitivity of the information, the transaction, legal requirements, security needs, and operational necessity. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information for longer periods where permitted by law.
8. Data Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, acquisition, destruction, loss, misuse, or alteration. These safeguards may include access controls, encryption in transit where appropriate, vendor controls, authentication measures, monitoring, and restricted access to sensitive records. No security system or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
If a security incident triggers notification duties, we will provide legally required notices in accordance with applicable breach-notification laws, including Texas law where applicable.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence and applicable law, you may have rights to confirm whether we process your personal data; access or obtain a copy of personal data; correct inaccuracies; delete personal data; obtain data portability; opt out of targeted advertising, certain sales of personal data, or qualifying profiling; limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information; and receive non-discriminatory treatment for exercising privacy rights.
Texas Residents
Where the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (“TDPSA”) applies, Texas consumers may exercise the rights provided by that law, including rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy of personal data, and opt out of processing for targeted advertising, sale of personal data, or qualifying profiling. If we deny a request, you may appeal our decision by replying to the denial or using the privacy contact method below and stating that you are submitting a “Privacy Appeal.”
California Residents
To the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”), applies to Wrist Boutique, California residents may have rights to know/access, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and receive non-discriminatory treatment. We will provide any additional California-specific disclosures required by law if and when applicable to our processing.
Submitting a Request
You may submit a privacy request by emailing privacy@wristboutique.com or through any privacy-request mechanism made available on wristboutique.com. Please identify the right you wish to exercise and provide information reasonably necessary for us to authenticate your request. We may request additional information where reasonably necessary to verify identity or authority. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to verification of their authority and the consumer’s identity.
We will respond within the time required by applicable law. Certain information may be exempt from a request, including information we must retain to complete a transaction, prevent fraud, comply with law, protect security, or establish or defend legal claims.
10. Marketing Communications
You may unsubscribe from promotional email by using the unsubscribe link in the message. You may opt out of promotional text messages by following the instructions in the message, including replying STOP where supported. Opting out of marketing does not prevent us from sending non-promotional communications relating to transactions, security, account administration, legal notices, or customer service.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 in a manner subject to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). If we learn that we have collected such information without legally valid authorization, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
12. Third-Party Sites and Services
